Shipping questions?

1. I don’t see one of the items I ordered. There are extra goodies in my order.

If you’re missing an item from your order, please email me, and I’ll make sure to send it out to you! Occasionally, mistakes can happen as I pack a lot of orders at once. If you received extra items you didn’t order—happy early birthday! Feel free to keep the extra goodies as a little treat for yourself.

2. Can I recycle your packaging?

I try my very best to purchase packaging that can be reused or recycled! My mailers and shipping labels are from EcoEnclose which means it can all be recycled and I mainly use paper bags and recyclable materials to pack everything else.

3. Will you be restocking this product?

I often create new products rather than restocking old ones. While I do occasionally restock, it’s best to grab the items you want while they’re available to avoid missing out. Signing up for emails is a great way to hear about new product launches!

4. What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is when you purchase an item before it’s officially available. This helps gauge interest and plan the quantity to order. It’s a great way to ensure you get the item once it’s released!

5. What is the cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you’re certain about your purchase before completing your order.
